Harmaton offers wellness and productivity tools, including meditation timers and related accessories. We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and imagery. However, we cannot guarantee that all product details are error-free or that colors will exactly match those seen on your screen.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR or USD (depending on your region) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.
Note: Products are shipped from our logistics hub in Serbia. All orders are handled under the legal responsibility of our EU-registered company in Italy.
Harmaton is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing or carrier issues.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply outside the EU and are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us at info@harmaton.com before returning any item.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Warranty
Our products come with a 2-year warranty in the EU, or as required by the consumer protection laws in your country.
If your item is defective or malfunctions under normal use, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmaton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
